Uniform Codes definition

Uniform Codes means those building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and other similar regulations of a City-wide scope which are based on recommendations of a multi-state professional organization and become applicable throughout the City, such as, but not limited to, the Uniform Building Code, the Uniform Electrical Code, the Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, or the Uniform Fire Code (including those amendments to the promulgated uniform codes which reflect local modification to implement the published recommendations of the multi-state organization and which are applicable City-wide).
Uniform Codes means those building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, and other similar regulations of a Countywide adopted scope that are based on recommendations of the California Building Standards Commission and that become applicable throughout the County, such as, but not limited to, the California Uniform Building Code, the California Uniform Electrical Code, the California Uniform Mechanical Code, California Uniform Plumbing Code, or the California Uniform Fire Code (including those amendments to the promulgated California Uniform codes that reflect local modification adopted pursuant to the applicable process provided in state law for a local jurisdiction to modify such uniform codes and that are applicable Countywide).
Uniform Codes means those building, electrical, mechanical, fire and other similar regulations which are applicable throughout the City, including, but not limited to, the California Building Standards Codes, as adopted by the City Council and codified in Chapter

Examples of Uniform Codes in a sentence

  • Developer agrees that development under this Agreement shall comply with provisions reflected in Uniform Codes (whether building, fire, plumbing, or other applicable uniform codes) which may adopted subsequent to the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Such Uniform Codes include, but are not limited to, the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, National Electrical Code, Uniform Fire Code, and uniform standards for the construction of public works.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, construction of the Project shall comply with changes occurring from time to time in the Uniform Codes pursuant to the Reserved Powers.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, development of the Project shall be subject to changes which may occur from time to time in the Uniform Codes, as such Codes are adopted by the City of Los Angeles.

  • Developer agrees that development under this Agreement shall comply with provisions reflected in Uniform Codes (whether building, fire, plumbing, or other applicable uniform codes) which may be adopted subsequent to the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Any and all change orders or revisions required by the City and its inspectors which are required under the Municipal Code and all other applicable Uniform Codes (e.g., Building, Plumbing, Fire, Electrical, etc.) and under other applicable laws and regulations shall be included by the Developer in its Basic Concept Drawings, the Design Review Submittals, or the Construction Drawings and completed during the construction of the Project.

  • Changes adopted by the International Conference of Building Officials, or other similar body, as part of the then most current versions of the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Fire Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, or National Electrical Code, or other such Uniform Codes, and also adopted by City as Subsequent Land Use Regulations, but only if: (i) the Project is not subjected to the 2019 codes pursuant to Section 3.5 of this Agreement; and (ii) such changes are applicable City-wide.

  • Any and all change orders or revisions required by the City and its inspectors that are required under the Anaheim Municipal Code and all other applicable Uniform Codes (e.g. Building, Plumbing, Fire, Electrical, etc.) and under other Governmental Requirements shall be included by Tenant in its Development Plans and completed during the construction of the Apartment Complex.

  • Any and all change orders or revisions required by the City and its inspectors which are required under the Anaheim Municipal Code and all other applicable Uniform Codes (e.g. Building, Plumbing, Fire, Electrical, etc.) and under other applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations shall be included by Developer in its Basic Concept Drawings, the Design Development Drawings, and/or the Construction Drawings, as applicable, and completed during the Rehabilitation of the Apartment Complex.
