Undeveloped Areas definition

Undeveloped Areas means areas and tracts of land within the corporate limits of the Town of Orleans, Indiana, in which no streets have been opened in order to give access thereto for the purpose of laying out lots and the construction of dwellings and other structures as herein defined. Undeveloped Areas means all landscaping outside the maintenance border as indicated on the Landscape Plans L101 and L102 attached as Attachment 2 to this Appendix excluding roads, sidewalks, pathways and parking surface areas.

Related to Undeveloped Areas

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Project site that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Project site during non- business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
