Undeveloped Areas definition

Undeveloped Areas means new proposed subdivisions, private or public right- of-way or other areas where other utility facilities and traffic maintenance is not of major concern.
Undeveloped Areas means all landscaping outside the maintenance border as indicated on the Landscape Plans L101 and L102 attached as Attachment 2 to this Appendix excluding roads, sidewalks, pathways and parking surface areas. For greater certainty, other than for purposes of Appendix 4C, the definition of “Maintenance” includes Roads, Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Services and the definition of “Maintained Elements” includes Roads, Grounds or Landscape Maintained Elements. 2. SERVICES 2.1 General Requirements In addition to the standards and specifications set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications], Project Co will deliver the Roads, Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Services:
Undeveloped Areas means areas and tracts of land within the corporate limits of the Town of Orleans, Indiana, in which no streets have been opened in order to give access thereto for the purpose of laying out lots and the construction of dwellings and other structures as herein defined.   • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
