Undercollateralization definition

Undercollateralization for a Payment Date and a Loan Group means the excess of o the Note Principal Balance of the related Class of Notes on the Payment Date (after giving effect to the payment of all amounts actually paid on the Notes on the Payment Date) over o the related Loan Group Balance for the Payment Date and any amounts retained for the Loan Group in the Payment Account pursuant to Section 8.03(e).

  • Undercollateralization Distributions will be applied first to pay accrued but unpaid interest, if any, and second to pay principal in the same priority and allocation provided in Section 5.01(a).

  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date is entitled to an Undercollateralization Distribution, such Undercollateralization Distribution shall be allocated among the Undercollateralized Groups, pro rata, on the basis of the amount by which the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the related Senior Certificates is greater than the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the related Undercollateralized Groups.

  • If the Senior Certificates of a Certificate Group constitute an Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date following the Cross-over Date, Undercollateralization Distributions will be made from the excess of the Available Funds for the Mortgage Pool not related to an Undercollateralized Group remaining after all required amounts for that Distribution Date have been distributed to the Senior Certificates of such other Certificate Group.

  • In the event that any Class of Senior Certificates constitutes an Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date following the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date, Undercollateralization Distributions will be made from any Available Funds for a Loan Group not related to an Undercollateralized Group remaining after all required amounts have been distributed to the related Class of Senior Certificates.

  • In the event that the Senior Certificates related to a Loan Group constitute an Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date following the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date, Undercollateralization Distributions will be made from any Available Funds for a Loan Group not related to an Undercollateralized Group remaining after all required amounts have been distributed to the related Class of Senior Certificates.

  • In the event that any Certificate Group constitutes an Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date following the Credit Support Depletion Date, Undercollateralization Distributions will be made from any Available Distribution Amount for the Collateralized Groups not related to an Undercollateralized Group remaining after all required amounts have been distributed to the Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-P Certificates) of such other Certificate Groups.

  • If more than one Certificate Group on any Distribution Date is required to make an Undercollateralization Distribution to an Undercollateralized Group, the payment of such Undercollateralization Distributions shall be allocated among such Certificate Groups, pro rata, on the basis of the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the related Senior Certificates.

Related to Undercollateralization

  • Overcollateralization Floor With respect to any Distribution Date, 0.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Undercollateralization Distribution As defined in Section 4.2(g).

  • Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans before giving effect to distributions of principal to be made on such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates immediately prior to such date.

  • Overcollateralization Deficiency For any Distribution Date will be equal to the amount, if any, by which (x) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date, calculated for this purpose after giving effect to the reduction on such Distribution Date of the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Certificates resulting from the payment of the Principal Payment Amount on such Distribution Date, but prior to allocation of any Applied Loss Amount on such Distribution Date.
