  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date is entitled to an Undercollateralization Distribution, such Undercollateralization Distribution shall be allocated among the Undercollateralized Groups, pro rata, on the basis of the amount by which the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the related Senior Certificates is greater than the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the related Undercollateralized Groups.

  • If amounts in respect of more than one Certificate Group on any Distribution Date are required to make an Undercollateralization Distribution to an Undercollateralized Group, the payment of such Undercollateralized Distributions shall be allocated among such Certificate Groups, pro rata, on the basis of the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the related Senior Certificates.
