Unconstructed Plots definition

Unconstructed Plots means any area intended to be a Plot but upon which no Dwellinghouse has been constructed or upon which a dwellinghouse has been constructed but which has not been passed as fit for habitation (including on a temporary basis) by the local authority;

  • as constructed plans means as constructed plans as defined in the Building Code;

  • Constructed in respect of a ship means a stage of construction where:

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Horizontal construction means the construction of any fixed work, including any irrigation, drainage, water supply, flood control, harbor, railroad, highway, tunnel, airport or airway, sewer, sewage disposal plant or water treatment facility and any ancillary vertical components thereof, bridge, inland waterway, pipeline for the transmission of petroleum or any other liquid or gaseous substance, pier, and work incidental thereto. The term does not include vertical construction, the construction of any terminal or other building of an airport or airway, or the construction of any other building.

  • Construction-in-Process means cash expenditures for land and improvements (including indirect costs internally allocated and development costs) determined in accordance with GAAP for all Properties that are under development or will commence development within twelve months from any date of determination.
