Ultra Resources definition

Ultra Resources means Ultra Resources, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and its successors and assigns.
Ultra Resources means Debtor Ultra Resources, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
Ultra Resources has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereof.
