Examples of UK Transfer Addendum in a sentence

  • The information required by Table 1 of the UK Transfer Addendum appears within Attachment A to this DPA.

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between: (i) this DPA and the Agreement, this DPA shall prevail; or (ii) any SCCs entered into or UK Transfer Addendum (as applicable) and this DPA and/or the Agreement, the SCCs or UK Transfer Addendum (as applicable) shall prevail in respect of the transfer to which they apply.
