UFEE definition
UFEE means Uruguay Fund for Energy Efficiency, to be established by the Recipient in a commercial bank operating in the territory of the Recipient under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Bank for the purposes of facilitating development of and implementation of Sub-projects;
