Uber Data definition

Uber Data means all data related to the access and use of the Uber Services hereunder, including all data related to Users (including User Information), all data related to the provision of Transportation Services via the Uber Services and the Driver App, and the Driver ID.

  • Neither this Agreement nor Customer’s use of the Uber Services, Driver App or Uber Data conveys or grants to Customer any rights: (a) in or related to the Uber Services, Driver App or Uber Data, except for the limited license granted above; or (b) to use or reference in any manner Uber’s, its Affiliates’, or their respective licensors’ company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, service marks or other indicia of ownership.

Related to Uber Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
