  • Wet Feed On Friday of each week, the Plant Manager shall be responsible for forwarding such data to UBEM in an electronic format.

  • The parties agree that in no event shall any determination that the discretion and authority granted to UBEM hereunder exceeds permissible bounds result in this Agreement being declared or adjudged invalid, void, or unenforceable in its entirety; rather, the parties request that any court or arbitration proceeding examining such issue employ great latitude in reforming the Agreement so as to make the Agreement as reformed valid and enforceable.
