Type Certificate/Production Certificate (TC/PC) Split means a product for which the State or territory having jurisdiction over the Authority having regulatory responsibility for the type design and continued airworthiness of the product or article is different from the State or territory having jurisdiction over the Authority having regulatory responsibility for the production and airworthiness of a civil aeronautical product or article.
