Employees replacing Type A employees who are on one of the following leaves qualify for a Type A contract if they have met the SAC and evaluation conditions stated in 12.5(a)(i) and (ii) above and have completed three (3) consecutive appointment years at a workload of fifty (50%) percent or greater.
