TWC Order definition

TWC Order means with respect to a Holder’s rendition of personal services to or for the benefit of the Debtor, (i) a preliminary wage determination order issued by the Texas Workforce Commission as to which no appeal was taken in accordance with Section 61.054 of the Texas Labor Code, or (ii) an order issued by a Texas Workforce Commission wage claim tribunal in accordance with Section 61.061 of the Texas Labor Code.
