Turnkey Services definition

Turnkey Services means items and activities normally the responsibility of the Customer under this Agreement, which may include, but shall not be limited to, project management, field coordination, construction and system testing. Turnkey Services do not include, and are separate from, Seller's normal engineering and installation Services;

Turnkey Services means those services which were provided by the Retained Group to any member of the Sale Group prior to the Signing Date pursuant to the Turnkey Contracts and which are reasonably required by members of the Recipient’s Group in order to perform services under the Turnkey Contracts following Completion, but excluding Operational Services.

Turnkey Services means any materials management or assembly (including kit assembly, product configuration and packaging assembly) services, or the provision of testing, quality assurance, logistics, order fulfillment, distribution or sourcing services in connection with any such materials management or assembly services.

Examples of Turnkey Services in a sentence

  • PG&E warrants it will perform the Turnkey Services specified in a WO under this Agreement in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable industry standards.

  • Any schedule delay or increase in the Turnkey Services or costs as a result of the presence of Hazardous Materials shall be grounds for a WO modification.

  • Except as the parties may have otherwise agreed for Turnkey Services, as set forth in this Agreement or in other agreements of the parties, Customer will be responsible for furnishing the following items (as required by the conditions of the particular installation or other on-site Service, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service") at no charge to Seller and these items will not be included in Seller's price for the Service.

  • Turnkey Services activities are managed from several locations but centralised in Monaco.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.
