TUPE liabilities definition

TUPE liabilities means the obligations which may arise with respect to the transfer of such employment under TUPE and any other statute or statutory provision which may from time to time implement or purport to implement the Acquired Rights Directive (2001/23/EC) as the same may be amended from time to time including without limitation those obligations under Regulation 10 of TUPE 2006 and Regulation 5 of TUPE 1981;
