Truth of Statements. Borrower shall not furnish to Lender any certificate or other document that contains any untrue statement of a material fact or that omits to state a material fact necessary to make it not misleading in light of the circumstances under which it was furnished.
Truth of Statements. Truth of Statements. The Loan Documents, the Officers’ Certificates and all other documents and instruments delivered and to be delivered by each member of the Borrowing Group and each Guarantor or their respective representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents, as of their respective dates, do not, and will not, include any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements herein and therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they are or will be made, not misleading.
