Trustee Period definition

Trustee Period means six months after appointment of the Trustee in terms of these Conditions following the expiry of 36 (thirty-six) months from the Implementation Date.
Trustee Period means a period of 6 (six) months after the appointment of the Trustee in terms of these Conditions following the expiry of the Divestiture Period from Implementation Date; and

Related to Trustee Period

  • Trustee Float Period With respect to the Distribution Date and the related amounts in the Distribution Account, the period commencing on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date and ending on such Distribution Date.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee Rate means the per annum rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is calculated.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee means a monthly fee equal to 1/12th of $15,000, payable on each Payment Date.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in June 2022.
