Trip Fee definition

Trip Fee means the current fee per Trip established by the Airport Commission, which amount may be amended from time to time.
Trip Fee means a fee established by resolution of City Council for each Trip of Permittee's Vehicle(s), payable to the City.
Trip Fee means a fee established resolution of City Council for a Trip made by Vehicles of certain categories of Permittees.

  • Pay a Trip Fee for installation if the light is installed on an existing pole where secondary service is available.

  • Any transfer in violation of the Provisions of this Article shall be void and shall entitle City, at its option, to terminate this Permit, and the acceptance of the Trip Fee or any other fee or charge by City or the continuation of the Ground Transportation Provider operations by Permittee or the proposed transferee shall not be deemed a waiver of City's right to terminate this Permit on account of Permittee's failure to secure the Director's prior written consent.


More Definitions of Trip Fee

Trip Fee means the fee charged by LOSCAM for the use of the Equipment, calculated on the basis that such use is in accordance with these terms and conditions, as set out in the Schedule (as updated by notice by LOSCAM from time to time).

Trip Fee. A trip fee of $1/mile applies to locations that are more than 20 miles from JUMP CITY LLC. Trip Fee means the response fee an owner or keeper of an animal may be charged by SCRAPS when an animal is impounded.
