Tree Line definition

Tree Line is defined in Section 6.24.
Tree Line means that portion of a right-of-way lying between the exterior line of the roadway and the outside right-of-way line.
Tree Line. The dividing point, caused by changing latitudes or altitudes, between areas with environmental conditions supporting trees and those that do not. The tree line in North America defined by latitude runs across northern Canada. Tree lines also exist at lower latitudes because of the altitudes in such places as in the Rocky Mountains and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

  • Seller Representative may exercise, on behalf of the Sellers set forth on Schedule 6.24 (in the percentages set forth therein), the Tree Line Option by delivering a written notice of exercise prior to the expiration of the Option Period to the principal executive offices of ECG.

  • The project includes the reconstruction of Sunburst Drive, Shadow Court, and Tree Line Court.
