Treasure community definition
Treasure community means a community that meets and maintains requirements for certification established by the department and administered by the certified regional development corporation.

the Community means both:
pleasure craft means vessels which are manufactured or operated primarily for recreational purposes, or leased, rented, or chartered to a person or business for recreational purposes. The owner or operator of such vessels shall be responsible for certifying that the intended use is for recreational purposes.
College community means trustees, students, staff, faculty, and visitors on college-owned or controlled facilities.
Non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system.
Member of the University Community means employees, students, board members and volunteers.
