Transitory documents definition

Transitory documents means documents intended for short-term use that are not part of an official record-keeping system. They may include documents used for a temporary purpose (e.g., phone messages, post-it notes, invitations, etc.), copies of main records (e.g., working files or ghost files), unsolicited materials and draft reports that were used in the preparation of formal documents.

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means each agreement, document, instrument or certificate to be delivered by Seller, or its Affiliates, at the Closing pursuant to Section 3.2 and each other document or Contract entered into by Seller, or its Affiliates, in connection with this Agreement or the Closing.

  • Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Regulatory Documents means the prospectus, annual report, semi-annual report and any other document required under applicable federal securities law to be delivered by the Trust to Fund shareholders.

  • Purchaser Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
