Transient Aircraft definition

Transient Aircraft at the Airport means an aircraft that is not assigned to a permanent parking space, that is not subject to a written parking agreement with the Airport, that is not parked in its assigned permanent parking space, or that is double parked in an aircraft parking space.

Transient Aircraft means an aircraft not using the Airport as its permanent base of operations.

Transient Aircraft means any aircraft which utilizes an Airport for occasional transient purposes and is based at another airport and is not assigned a reserved parking space, tie-down or hangar space on the Airport or adjoining property.

Transient Aircraft means any aircraft not “home based” at the Airport but transiting the Airport, obtaining fuel service or other service at the Airport, or on-loading or off-loading passengers or cargo. Transient Aircraft are “home based” elsewhere but may park or hangar at the Airport for short periods of time.
