Transfer Gas Reverse Flow definition

Transfer Gas Reverse Flow means Gas made available or deemed to be made available by BBL Company to Shipper at the TTF under the Agreement.

  • BBL Company shall apply a matching procedure to ensure that the Properly Nominated Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow and the confirmed Quantity of Transfer Gas Reverse Flow are the same.

  • The Gas Balance is negative if the allocated Quantity of Transfer Gas Reverse Flow is higher than the allocated Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow.

  • The risk attached to the Transfer Gas Reverse Flow made available by BBL Company to Shipper in accordance with the Agreement shall pass from BBL Company to Shipper at TTF.

  • During each Hour BBL Company shall (i) take Quantities of Entry Gas Reverse Flow provided that they are Properly Nominated and/or (ii) make available to Shipper at TTF Quantities of Transfer Gas Reverse Flow provided that they are Properly Nominated and taken by Shipper at TTF to the extent the Transmission Capacity will not be interrupted according to an Interruption Notice.
