Transaction Service definition

Transaction Service means the services provided by Us over the telephone or email, via Your Account or otherwise accessed on the Website, which enable You to make Payment Transactions and avail of Receivables Service (where applicable).

  • By applying to use the Transaction Service You consent to Us using any additional checks We deem appropriate.

  • You acknowledge and agree that all content on the Website, the Account or otherwise accessible on the Transaction Service is protected by copyright, trademark, patents and other proprietary rights and laws.

  • By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are confirming that each User You appoint shall have all necessary authority to use the Account and the Transaction Service.


More Definitions of Transaction Service

Transaction Service means the services provided by the Scotran telephone service and your Scotran online account.

A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction.   • Communication service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 9-1-1 system, exclusively through the numerals 9-1-1, by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the 9-1-1 system through the numerals 9-1-1 by means of a local telephone device, cellular telephone device, wireless communication device, interconnected voice over the internet device, or any other means.

  • Basic generation service provider or "provider" means a
