Transaction Service definition

Transaction Service means the services provided by Us over the telephone or email, via Your Account or otherwise accessed on the Website, which enable You to make Payment Transactions and avail of Receivables Service (where applicable).

  • If the Facsimile Transaction Service cannot be used or becomes void due to any reason (whether or not caused by the Bank or within the control of the Bank), the Customer does not have the right to claim any compensation from the Bank, and will use other means to provide Instructions to the Bank.

  • The Bank may at any time suspend or terminate the Facsimile Transaction Service in whole or in part.

  • The Successful Respondent shall provide to each Direct Sales Transaction Service Customer a monthly Invoice for the Direct Sales Transaction Service Services provided to such Customer, in electronic format, at the Prices (Rates to DIR plus Administrative Fee) and with any applicable telecommunications fees and surcharges as allowed by this CTSA.
