Transaction Rights Sample Clauses
The Transaction Rights clause defines the specific rights and entitlements that parties have in relation to a particular transaction. It typically outlines what actions each party is permitted or obligated to take, such as the right to receive payment, access information, or approve certain steps in the transaction process. For example, it may grant a buyer the right to inspect goods before finalizing a purchase or allow a seller to retain ownership until payment is received. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate and document the rights of each party, thereby reducing ambiguity and minimizing the risk of disputes during the execution of the transaction.
