Trademark Act definition

Trademark Act means the U.S. Trademark Act of 1946, as amended.
Trademark Act means the U.S Trademark Act of 1946, as amended. "U.C.C." means the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time in the State of Ohio.
