Tradable Rights Issue definition

Tradable Rights Issue means the issuance by a Company of securities (the “Rights” and each a “Right”) which entitle the bearer to subscribe or buy securities issued by the Company, at a pre-determined price.
Tradable Rights Issue means, in respect of a Share that is an Underlying Basket Component (k), the issuance by a Company of securities (the “Rights” and each a “Right”) which entitle the bearer to subscribe or buy securities issued by the Company, at a pre-determined price.

Related to Tradable Rights Issue

  • Alternative Stock Exchange means at any time, in the case of the Ordinary Shares, if they are not at that time listed and traded on the ASX, the principal stock exchange or securities market on which the Ordinary Shares are then listed or quoted or dealt in;

  • Approved Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or such other stock exchange in the United States of America, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong as is approved in writing by the Facility Agent or, in each case, any successor thereto.

  • Foreign market vehicle means any motor vehicle originally manufactured outside the United States,

  • Qualified Public Offering means the Company’s underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Act, covering the offer and sale of shares of Class B Common Stock in which not less than $25,000,000 of gross proceeds from such public offering are received by the Company for the account of the Company.

  • CHESS Approved Securities means securities of the Company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules;
