TOTAL RELEASE definition

TOTAL RELEASE means a discharge, release, satisfaction or similar instrument necessary and sufficient to release all of the Property and the other Collateral (other than the substitute collateral pledged pursuant to Section 2.3.3 hereof) from the Liens of all of the Mortgages encumbering the Property and of all of the other Security Documents.
