Total Capital to Risk Adjusted Assets Ratio means, on any date and with respect to COB or FSB, the ratio of (a) Total Capital with respect to such Borrower on such date to (b) Risk Adjusted Assets with respect to such Borrower on such date.
Total Capital to Risk Adjusted Assets Ratio means, on any date, the ratio (expressed as a percent) of (a) Total Capital to (b) Risk Adjusted Assets.
