Internal Revenue Service or “IRS” means the U.S. Internal Revenue Service or any successor thereto.
IRS means the United States Internal Revenue Service.
900 service means an inbound toll telecommunications service purchased by a subscriber that allows the subscriber's customers to call in to the subscriber's prerecorded announcement or live service, and which is typically marketed under the name "900 service" and any subsequent numbers designated by the federal communications commission. "900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.

Certified Plan means all the terms and benefits (including any Supplement(s)) that form an insurance plan certified by the Government to be compliant with the requirements of the VHIS. This Certified Plan comprises these Terms and Conditions and the Benefit Schedule and the followings –

Small employer means any employer that had total revenue of less than $500,000 during the preceding taxable year. For purposes of this division, "total revenue" means receipts of any type or kind, including, but not limited to, sales receipts; payments; rents; profits; gains, dividends, and other investment income; compensation; commissions; premiums; money; property; grants; contributions; donations; gifts; program service revenue; patient service revenue; premiums; fees, including premium fees and service fees; tuition payments; unrelated business revenue; reimbursements; any type of payment from a governmental unit, including grants and other allocations; and any other similar receipts reported for federal income tax purposes or under generally accepted accounting principles. Qualified Plan means a Pension Plan that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the IRC.
DOL means the United States Department of Labor.
Professional employer services means services provided to a client company pursuant to a written
