Service Call A visit to Your Property by one of HomeServe’s approved local technicians, where work is performed to diagnose and complete a single covered repair, or where it is determined the repair is not covered.
On-Net Calls means calls between the Service and any of the following CenturyLink QCC Services: SIP Trunk, Managed VoIP, Hosted VoIP, Analog VoIP, Digital VoIP, or Integrated Access, and that are transmitted through the Service entirely over the CenturyLink QCC IP network and not the PSTN or another carrier’s IP network.
Work Day means any day on which an Employee is normally expected to be at his place of employment;
Par Call Date means January 15, 2027, which is the date that is one month prior to the maturity date of the Notes.
Off-Net Calls means any calls that are not (a) local calls, (b) 8xx outbound calls, or (c) On-Net Calls.
First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.
Nomination Day means the day on which the provisional nominations process for the following Week takes place, being the last Business Day of each Week.
Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];
Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;
Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
Pay Out Commencement Date means the date on which a Trust Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Agreement or a Series 2001-D Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 7 hereof.
Acceptance Day shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).
Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means a Third Party Provider that provides a service in which the PISP gives instructions to us on your behalf to carry out an Account transaction on your Online Payment Account where payments can be made using Digital Banking.
Project Start Date means the date set out in Section 2.2 on which the Applicant can start incurring Project Costs, understood to be the Milestone Start Date of the first Milestone as indicated in Schedule D;
Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.
Applicable Par Call Date means, (i) with respect to the 2024 Notes, February 15, 2024 (one month prior to the stated maturity date of such Notes), (ii) with respect to the 2029 Notes, December 15, 2028 (three months prior to the stated maturity date of such Notes), (iii) with respect to the 2039 Notes, September 15, 2038 (six months prior to the stated maturity date of such Notes), (iv) with respect to the 2049 Notes, September 15, 2048 (six months prior to the stated maturity date of such Notes), and (v) with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, December 29, 2019.
Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Framework Period means the period from the Framework Commencement Date until the expiry or earlier termination of the Framework Agreement;
Issuer Call Commencement Date means the first Business Day following the three year period from and including the Issue Date;
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.
Shipment Date , in relation to a mineral, means —
Acceptance Test means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification for the purpose of issuing the “Acceptance Certificate”.
Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
