Time Buffer definition

Time Buffer means a pre-determined contractually agreed period (regardless if consecutive or not) during which no payment is due and which automatically applies from time to time whenever the monthly gross income of the FR is below the Pre-defined Income Contingency Level

Related to Time Buffer

  • Time Block means a time block of 15 minutes, for which specified electrical parameters and quantities are recorded by special energy meter, with first time block starting at 00.00 hrs;

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Local public procurement unit means a county, city, town, or other subdivision of the state or a public agency of any such subdivision; public authority; educational, health, or other institution; to the extent prov ided by law, any other entity that expends public funds for the procurement of suppl ies and services; and any non profit corporation operating a charitable hospital.
