Time Bonus definition

Time Bonus means the amount that Construction Manager will be eligible to receive upon achievement of each Milestone, as set forth in Section 6.4.
Time Bonus means a Bonus paid to a Participant for the achievement of a Time Goal.

Examples of Time Bonus in a sentence

  • If the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive without Good Reason or terminated by the Company for Cause within one (1) year of the Commencement Date of this Agreement, Executive must refund 100% of the One Time Bonus amount to the Company.

Related to Time Bonus

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Accrued Bonus means the bonus, which may be negative or positive, which is calculated in the manner set forth in Section V.A.

  • Performance Bonus means the performance bonus in respect of each Class payable to the General Partner by the Partnership which will be equal to 20% of the product of: (a) the number of Units of that Class outstanding on the Performance Bonus Date; and (b) the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of that Class on the Performance Bonus Date (prior to giving effect to the Performance Bonus) plus the aggregate value of any distributions per Unit of that Class during the Performance Bonus Term exceeds $28.00.

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).
