Timber Manager definition

Timber Manager means any entity that has been retained by the Company or a Subsidiary thereof to perform and carry out property management services at the Property or any other Real Estate Assets.
Timber Manager means Forest Resource Consultants, Inc., a Georgia corporation, and any other manager of the Timberland that is acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Timber Manager means FRC, AFM, and any other manager of the Timberlands selected by any Landholder and, if such manager will be appointed as a manager for Timberlands in excess of 1.0% of the total acreage of the Timberlands, that (a) is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and (b) has delivered to the Administrative Agent each of the Timber Manager Documents.
