Examples of THVG #1 in a sentence

  • Any initial notice USP gives under article XVI of the THVG 4 1 regulations will constitute an Initial Notice under this Section 16.1. No Member may propose a Venture to the Company unless such Member has previously been deemed to be a "proposing member" with respect to such Venture under article XVI of the THVG #1 regulations.

  • This Article XVI does not apply to Ventures related to ambulatory surgery centers in which the entire interest of each Member is owned through THVG #1 or any of its Subsidiaries.
