Threat of violence means an unjustified expression of intention to inflict injury or damage that is made by a student and directed to another student.
Nonpoint source pollution means pollution such as sediment, nitrogen, phosphorous, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and toxics whose sources cannot be pinpointed but rather are washed from the land surface in a diffuse manner by stormwater runoff.
Area source means any stationary source of hazardous air pollutants that is not a major source as defined in rule 567—22.100(455B).
Nonpoint source means a land management activity which contributes to runoff, seepage or percolation which adversely affects or threatens the quality of waters of this state and which is not a point source under s. 283.01 (12), Stats.
