Third Party(s) definition

Third Party(s) means any party that does not fall within the definition of PetroSA Group and/or the Service Provider.
Third Party(s) means any person, including reference to a corporation, body corporate, association or partnership, who is not a Party to this Agreement.

Examples of Third Party(s) in a sentence

  • The Fund and its Service Providers shall apply a risk-based approach in determining the type and degree of assurances necessary from each Third Party regarding such Third Party's anti-money laundering program.

  • If, to the extent permitted by Section 4.10, you grant express permission to a Regulated Third Party to access or connect to your Coinbase Account(s), either through the Regulated Third Party's product or service or through the Site, you acknowledge that granting permission to a Regulated Third Party to take specific actions on your behalf does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this Agreement.

  • The Third Party shall simultaneously submit his, her or its invoice for fees for services rendered to the Parties, if any fees are being claimed, which fee shall be the sole responsibility of the District, subject to the provisions of Section 4.6. Related to Third Party(s)

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.
