Third Party Memorandum a report of an independent external specialist giving an opinion on the measures that the Processor has taken. User: any (natural) person affiliated to the Data Controller in any way, such as staff, lecturers and/or students who are authorised by the Data Controller to use (a certain part of) the Service;
