Third-Party Dependency definition

Third-Party Dependency shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14 of the Agreement. "Third Party Software" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4 of the Agreement. "Warranty Period" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1 of the Agreement.
Third-Party Dependency means any Open-Source Software product used or required by the Software.
