Third Consideration definition

Third Consideration means a further sum payable for the Shares determinable and payable in accordance with clause 3.3;

Related to Third Consideration

  • Agreed Consideration means the consideration mentioned in PART-I of the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto and payable by the Purchaser to the Builder for acquiring the said Unit.
