Then-Current Value definition

Then-Current Value means, for any item of Exchange Property as of any date:
Then-Current Value has the meaning specified in the Contract; provided that the “Then-Current Value” of any item of Collateral that does not constitute Eligible Collateral shall be zero.
Then-Current Value means the fair value at the time of purchase by the Government.

Examples of Then-Current Value in a sentence

  • Shareholder agrees to make a cash payment in respect of any fractional Shares (or Exchange Property Units, if applicable) included in the Contract Shares on the Exchange Date, in an amount equal to the Then-Current Value of such fractional Shares (or Exchange Property Units, if applicable).

  • Shareholder agrees to make a cash payment in respect of any fractional ADSs (or Exchange Property Units, if applicable) included in the Contract Shares on the Business Day immediately preceding the Exchange Date, in an amount equal to the Then-Current Value of such fractional ADSs (or Exchange Property Units, if applicable).

Related to Then-Current Value

  • Current Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Replacement Value means the price, including accrued interest, at which Equivalent Securities to the Borrowed Securities could be purchased in the principal market for such securities at the time of election by State Street under Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.

  • Appraised Current Market Value of any Aircraft means the lower of the average and the median of the three most recent Post-Default Appraisals of such Aircraft.

  • Net Current Assets means for any date of determination the net current assets of such Person at such date of determination calculated as set forth on Exhibit H attached hereto.
