Examples of The work/s in a sentence

  • The works shall be executed in accordance with the conditions attached to preferences granted in accordance with the preferencing schedule.

  • The works remaining incomplete shall be completed by the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and thereupon, the Completion Certificate shall be issued forthwith.

  • The works as described in Outage Notification Form shall proceed as outlined unless commented upon by the Client, and/or any Authorised Representative nominated by the Client, within 2 calendar days of the Outage Notification Form being issued.

  • The works are to be carried out by contractors engaged by the Proprietor with the consent of the Consultant of such an engagement.

  • The works should be completed in 6 months from the date of this Agreement.

  • The works shall be substantially in accordance with the plan and specifications provided that the contractor shall be entitled in his discretion to deviate from the plan and basic specifications if, during the building and construction of the works it appears that such deviation will result in the most significant, practical and economical completion of the works without essentially deviating from the plan or having a negative effect on the quality and finishing of the works.

  • The works must comply in all respects with the contract documents.

  • The Work means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • The Works means the works to be executed and completed under the Contract.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
