The Progress Report shall be accompanied by an evaluation from the Sponsor.
The Progress Report shall be signed by an authorized officer of Vendor, who shall certify that the representations contained therein are complete and accurate.
The Progress Report shall also set forth in detail any recommended changes with respect to remaining phases of development in view of Vendor’s experience with the completed phase(s).
