Nothing in this Agreement reduces, limits or restricts in any way any function, power, right or entitlement of the Auditor-General, Information Commissioner, Privacy Commissioner or Freedom of Information Commissioner, other Commonwealth Commissioner or their delegates.

You must: use appropriate processes and controls to fully account for administration of the Funds; keep complete Records of all financial dealings under this Contract, including all quotations, invoices and receipts, which must contain full particulars of payments you make to your subcontractors and other third parties; and keep Records in relation to the Funds in a way that would enable them to be audited by the Auditor-General of Victoria or any other entity as directed by us.
The rights of the Commonwealth under this Agreement are in addition to any other power, right or entitlement of the Auditor-General or a delegate of the Auditor-General or the Australian Information Commissioner or a delegate of the Australian Information Commissioner.
The rights of the Commonwealth under the Project Agreement are in addition to any other power, right or entitlement of the Auditor-General or a delegate of the Auditor-General or the Privacy Commissioner or a delegate of the Privacy Commissioner.
The rights of the Commonwealth through ACIAR or its representative under clause 33.2(a)(i) to 33.2(a)(iii) apply equally to the Auditor-General or a delegate of the Auditor-General, or the Privacy Commissioner or a delegate of the Privacy Commissioner, for the purpose of performing the Auditor-General's or Privacy Commissioner's statutory functions or powers.
