The Application and Declaration definition

The Application and Declaration means any signed application form and declaration and any information supplied by or on behalf of the Insured in addition thereto or in substitution therefor.

Related to The Application and Declaration

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Construction and demolition waste means waste from building materials, debris and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and demolition operations;

  • Amended Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;

  • Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;

  • Original Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;
