  • Save where otherwise provided in this Agreement, the liability and obligations of the Fund to TGAL, TGSS and LFL hereunder shall be separate and distinct from the liability and obligations of TGAL and TGSS, and the Fund shall be not be liable or responsible for the action or inaction of TGAL and TGSS.
