Test Currency definition

Test Currency means currency, coin or tokens, coupons, or gaming vouchers issued by a casino licensee to a slot department or Internal Audit department employee to test gaming equipment;
Test Currency has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(a) hereof.

Examples of Test Currency in a sentence

  • The Company, as a Grantor hereunder, shall at all times maintain insurance covering the Test Currency in an amount not less than $1,000,000 and naming the Lender as loss payee thereon.

  • Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Secured Party shall have the right to appoint an agent of the Secured Party, at the Grantors expense, to be situated at the Company's Hauppauge, New York facility for the purpose of taking possession of the Test Currency and monitoring the use of the Test Currency at such site such that the Secured Party, through its appointed agent, shall be exercising sole dominion and control over the Test Currency.
