  • If there is a refund scheme in respect of the General Admission Ticket element of the Licence Fee applies, then this any refund will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions for the Sale and Allocation of Tickets.

  • The Customer acknowledges that a Hospitality Experience is subject to availability and to these Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions for the Sale and Allocation of Tickets, the Ground Regulations and MCC’s health, safety and security rules and regulations which may be in place from time to time, including without limitation in relation to COVID-19, and any variants of it or any other public health emergency.

  • The Club shall have no liability or obligation to the Licensee arising out of such cancellation save for providing a refund as set out below: CANCELLATION NOTICE DUE TO A COVID EVENT REFUND Cancellation at any time prior to the Match Day100% of the Licence Fee* *Any refund of the Licence Fee due under Clause 11.4 shall take into account any refund scheme in respect of the Ticket element of the Licence Fee under the Terms & Conditions for the Sale and Allocation of Tickets.

  • Subject to Clause 9.2, the following refunds may apply: Cancellation Notice *Any refund of the Charges under this Clause 9 shall take into account any refund scheme in respect of the General Admission Ticket element of the Charges under the Terms & Conditions for the Sale and Allocation of Tickets.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.
