Tenryo definition

Tenryo means stores directly overseen by the company president. These meeting are attended by about 60 employees (including store managers and staff) after the Caravan. An additional meeting is held in Takadanobaba, Tokyo on Sunday between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m., attended by between 150 and 200 employees from greater Tokyo. The president current discusses issues and future plans, and participants propose ideas. On Monday from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. a similar meeting is held in Yokohama, attended by between 120 and 150 employees.
