Tendering User definition

Tendering User means a User under Network Code which submits a Tender Offer; and
Tendering User means a User under Uniform Network Code which submits a Gas Disposal Tender Bid;
Tendering User means a User under Network Code which submits a Gas Procurement Tender Offer;
